When you download Callwave to your computer, you have all the help you need with using the service right at your fingertips. Call Wave is the
latest technology on the market designed to ensure you never miss important calls again. When someone calls your number, if the line is busy,
the call is transferred to a toll free number or to your email inbox. You can receive faxes online - the number depends on the program you
use. If you use the Alert program, you can only receive three faxes a month. However, all other packages give you unlimited fax reception.
If you need help with using this Internet Answering Service, the question mark button will load the help center onto your browser. This button is
located in the top right hand corner of your screen. You can also click the Menu button and select "Get Help From Customer Care". There is also a
FAQ section for you to browse if you need answers to your questions and if the answer is not listed, there is an email contact for you to
use.
There are four different plans available, but if you are not sure about the service, you can download a 30-day free trial. The four plans
are:
* CallWave Alert - this is the basic plan, which will let you see the caller ID of the incoming call when you are online. This service carries an
annual fee of $17.95 with no additional charges from Callwave. However, you will need to have call forwarding from your telephone service
provider - a cost of about $1.50 per month.
* Messenger - this is the most popular plan allowing you to hear the caller's message online. You also get a fax feature with unlimited reception
of faxes. The cost of this plan is $3.95 per month, but you do need to have call forwarding on your telephone plan.
* Connect - this combines the features of Messenger and Alert - giving you caller ID and instant messaging. You can talk to the caller for 10
minutes by clicking on the appropriate button and there are extras included at no additional cost.
* ProConnect - this feature allows you to talk to the caller for an hour and only costs an extra $2.00 per month.
