Callwave Widget
If you're looking for a Callwave widget, you can have one that is just right for you. You can choose from:
* Apple
* Google
* Yahoo, or
* Vista.
If you don't already have one of these you can simply click the appropriate icon on the Callwave website to get a widget. Widgets run in
frameworks and the ones listed above are the most popular and Callwave has a version for each one of these.
With a widget from Callwave you get free instant text messaging. Through this Internet answering service, you can have your
incoming calls forwarded to another number, which could be your home, office or cell phone. With the widget, you can view a list of contacts and
decide to whom you want to send a text message. The message is then sent to that person's handset and any replies are bounced to your cell phone.
You also get a permanent archive in which to store your messages and you can access this archive through your personal web page.
The visual voicemail widget keeps track of who called you and when, which is a wonderful convenience. When you install the widget, you will be
asked for your email address, and mobile phone number. You will also create your own PIN and get the instructions you need for operating the
Callwave voicemail.
What this means is that you are programming your cell phone to work with Callwave, rather than your regular telephone service
provider. You can choose to add your own greeting to the answering service for your number or let the message tell the caller that you are using
Callwave and they can still leave you a message.
